Landsort diary 10th August 2016

Strong wind restricted net opening to 9 out of a possible 30, which were opened at 0615 and closed at 1200. Only 5 new birds of 3 species.

 

A new bird feeder built to replace one of the old ones which was rotten.

 

Bird feeding started again today after almost a week without feeding due to presence of ill birds in the area.

 

Arild leaves today to give just Chris & Kay at the Obs overnight.
