Yet another windy start to the morning and though the wind was slightly less than yesterday a few degrees more E in direction meant that only 11 nets could be opened at 0700. Unlike the recent past the wind dropped at around midday, so by the time netting ceased at 1400 there were 15 nets in operation.

A total of 126 new birds of 17 species took the year total to over 8,500 birds.
Janne left the island this afternoon to give 5 at the Obs overnight: Chris, Kay, Stefan, Bo and Ari.
