Landsort diary 1st October 2016

Continuing strong winds resulted in only 3 nets being opened this morning - from 0615 to 1230

 

A total of 41 new birds of 6 species. 25 of these were Siskin, a tiny percentage of the 4,000+ that Jön had migrating SW over the island this morning!!!

 

Will be three at the Obs tonight; Chris, Kay & Jön.
