Landsort diary 16th September 2016

Slow wind at 0500 when all nets opened, with some closed through the morning as the wind increased and became more NE. Remaining nets closed at 1200 with 85 new birds of 10 species.

 

Janne arrived last night and spent the morning migration watching before heading out this afternoon to look through the woods. Will update diary later to comment on any notable sightings he had.

 

Janne, Bosse, Mikael and Per on the Obs tonight to give 6 overnight.
