Landsort diary 7th September 2016

Strong overnight winds delayed opening until 0600 when 8 nets were opened, with more opened as the wind decreased, so by the time all nets were closed at 1145 there were 29 nets in operation.

 

Just 21 new birds of 8 species caught.

 

Pelle arrived for an overnight stay on the morning ferry, so there will be 3 at the Obs overnight.
