Landsort diary 17th May 2016

All nets open at 0330 and closed at 1030. Calm and overcast conditions which brought hope of some decent numbers of birds. A total of 35 new birds of 9 species including the seasons first Icterine Warbler.

 

A total of 6 Thrush Nightingale singing at Bredmar first thing in the morning.

 

Took some time off work in the afternoon to go to Nynashamn shopping, especially for Kays Birthday present!!!

 

Janne arrived yesterday, giving three at the Obs last night and again tonight.
