Landsort diary 22nd May 2016

All nets open at 0400 and closed at 1200. Only 19 new birds but of 13 species including the first two Spotted Flycatcher of the year plus another Collared Flycatcher, this one a female.

 

At 1030 Mats, Monica and Gunilla went to Norhamn to help load the rubbish from the island onto the boat. This included quite a lot from the Observatory which is now looking a lot tidier and cleaner.

 

Gunilla left on the early afternoon ferry and Mats at 1730, with Fredrik arriving in the afternoon to give just three at the Obs overnight.
